PRANKSTER COMETS 

After collecting all the Comet Medals (there is one in each Galaxy, and they are like special coins to unlock new missions), you can unlock some Comets, they are the same missions, but they have changed something. I´m not analysing all the Comets of the game, because they are exactly the same missions, but I´m telling you about the worst Comets of the game (most of them are in World S).

KINDS OF COMETS
Romp Comet: You must defeat a specific number of enemies, usually 30 enemies, such as Octoombas or Spinies, in a specific period of time, usually 60 seconds. 

They can be really challenging. However, none of them are in this top.

Daredevil Comet: You must clear the mission, or the boss of the mission, with only 1 HP, if the enemies touch you, you die. They are really hard, and the Secret Comet should be at the top of the list. What is the Secret Comet? I won´t tell you.. by now. 

Speedy Comet: These comets are really tough. You have a specific time to clear these kind of comets. There may be some clocks so you can have 10 seconds more. If the clock reaches 0, you die. 

Clone Comet: The Cosmic Clones will be chasing you, so you can´t stop running.

Purple Comet: Collect 100 Purple Coins to make a Power Star appear.

Double Time Comet: Everything will go really fast. Run to get the Star!

Luckily, there are some Galaxies, like the Chimp´s Galaxies, that have no comet mission.

THE TOP 10

10. SILVER STARS IN DOUBLE TIME 

This is the comet of the Beat Block Galaxy. Now the panels switch incredibly fast, and it´s really easy to suicide. Just jump when the panels are about to switch. I needed hours to get through these Comet mission. Get the 5 Silver Stars before suiciding, and don´t wait for the Beep. Now it´s useless. 

9. COSMIC CLONES WALL JUMPERS 
You must clear the Flip-out Galaxy while the Cosmic Clones are chasing you. My advice is to use Luigi, and be careful, beacuse the Clones follow all your steps, and a bad jump, specially in the last phase can drive you to death. 

8. SQUIZZARD´S DAREDEVIL RUN
This Comet is in the list because of my personal experience. You have 1 HP, and you must defeat Squizzard again. The difficult thing is that you must stay on a point to throw him the fireballs, and you´re the perfect aim for his Spiny Balls, when you´re not moving. I needed a lot of time to get through this. 

7. TOX BOX SPEED RUN
You have 20 seconds to reach the Star. There are clocks on the way to it, but it is quite easy to get frustrated when Tox Boxes (from the Stone Cyclone) smash you one time, and again, and again... And the timer puts you under pressure.

6. BOWSER´S BIG BAD SPEED RUN

The last Galaxy in World 6 was really long. Can you imagine doing it under the pressur of the timer? You have only 30 seocnds to reach the Star. Although there are timers on the way, you must be incredibly fast if you want to reach the Star on time. Get the Power-Ups and run!!!

5. THROWBACK THROWDOWN SPEED RUN

Do you remeber the Boss Blitz Galaxy? Did you think about doing this under the pressure of the timer? 5 bosses, no recover items, 4 minutes. That´s too much pressure, It seemed impossible for me. It would be grat if you killed Dino Piranha and King Kaliente in less than one minute. You´ll save time for the toughest bosses of the game. 

4. LUIGI´S PURPLE COIN CHAOS

Welcome to Mario Squared Galaxy! Now you must get 100 Purple Coins in a planet with the shape of Luigi. The difficult thing is that you have 2 minutes to collect the coins, the platform will disappear when you touch them, and oh, yeah. The Cosmic Clones will be chasing you along this crazy Galaxy. 

3. TALL TRUNK´S PURPLE COIN SLIDE

RemeMber the Tall Trunk, no? Now you must get 100 coins out of 140 in this crazy Slide. Sounds easy, but it is as difficult as HELL! And if you don´t get the 100 coins, death is waiting for you under the slide. If you beat this Galaxy, celebrate it and don´t come back here again!

2. PURPLE COINS ON THE RAINBOW ROAD

If you think that the previous Comet was difficult, you´ll find this INSANE!! You must collect 100 coins out of 110 in the Rainbow Road. You´re over the ball, a vehicle impossible to control, and you can´t miss almost a single one. And the worst part: YOU´VE GOT 2 MINUTES!!!

1. THE SECRET COMET

THE PERFECT RUN

After getting 240 Stars, 120 Power Stars and 120 Green Stars...

WAIT, what´s a Green Star? They are secret hidden Stars in the same Galaxies. I think these Stars are really repetitive, but also challenging. Wanna now the location of all of them? The video will tell you.

The Galaxies are the same, so it´s like if you´re searching the Comet Medal again.

The Perfect Run consists in clearing the final Galaxy of the game with only 1 HP. It´s pretty challenging. 

If you beat this comet, you´ll pass the game 100%. Here´s my reaction when I beat it. Sorry for the bad quality. It was a long time ago.

TALL TRUNK GALAXY

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

This is a wooden Galaxy which where the Wittles (or Tronquitos in the Spanish version) live. Here you will have to use the new Yoshi´s Power- Up to keep going through this great tree, avoiding the enemies, collecting the Star Ring pieces and flying until you get the Star.

"I AM A WITTLE. WELCOME TO THE TALL TRUNK GALAXY.  I HAVE SOMTHING TO TELL YOU: THIS STAR IS EASY, BUT THE NEXT ONE IS A NIGHTMARE."

And he´s right...

BLIMP YOSHI

After eating a blue fruit, Yoshi will fly for a short period of time. Thanks to him, you will reach higher places, and will go up, until Yoshi runs out of air. 

ENEMIES

The Paragoombas will be disturbing you a lot. There are also some spiders, that can jump and make you lose 1 HP.

I´M BACK, DUDES!! DID YOU MISS ME?
MY ADVICE
When you run out of air, start pressing A. This will make Yoshi fly a little bit more, and it may help you to achieve your objective. 

TALL TRUNK´S BIG SLIDE

(EL SUPERTOBOGÁN DEL ARBOLÓN)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY
Welcome to HELL!!! This Galaxy is freaking impossible!!! You must go down through a slide, and you can´t stop. You can jump or spin, but that will make you fall through the holes of the slide. There are enemies here that can throw you out of the slide. When you complete this Galaxy, a Wittle will give you the Star of this hell.

WAIT!! STOP!!! I WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE!!!
ENEMIES
Alot of enemies are waiting for you here: Spinies, Angry Wigglers, poisonous plants... This level is a nightmare!!! There are plenty of ways to die.

MY ADVICE

When you complete this Galaxy, don´t be silly and do not go back here again!!!!

Now, seriously, try not to jump unless it´s necessary. When you jump, you lose balance and you can fall everywhere.  I needed more than half an hour to complete this freaking nightmare!!!However, there are pros that can do it in the first time they play this Galaxy.

One more detail, when you arrive at the end of the slide, there is a 1-UP mushroom behind a tree.

CLOUDY COURT GALAXY

HEAD IN THE CLOUDS

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

This is a Galaxy where you will need Cloud Mario: There will be windmills that can push the clouds that Cloud Mario can create. You must keep going through these Galaxy by creating clouds. Remember that the Cloud Power-Up will disppear when an enemy hits you, and in some phases of the Galaxy threre is no ground... Don´t suicide!!

ENEMIES

Goombas and Octoombas are classic enemies that appear in most of the Galaxies. This Galaxy is not an exception. However, I must say one thing about the Flaptacks. Yes, that Suicide Birds that appear in the Fluffy Bluffy Galaxy. Thay can destroy the clouds you create and make you suicide. 

I WILL BE ALWAYS THERE TO DISTURB THAT CLOUD PLUMBER!

MY ADVICE

There will always be clouds for you to use, so don´t worry if you lose 1 or 2. In the last phase, the walls will try to smash you, but there are parts of the wall, you can rest a little bit. Do not ry to climb the wall without stopping. You will suicide. 

THE GLITCH

Yes, this is a new section only for this Galaxy. I tried to do a length jump at the beginning of the Galaxy (I was plying with Luigi). He hit himself with a wall, he stayed 3 or 4 second without moving, and then he fell to a black hole. I don´t know if my Wii is too old, or if it is a glitch, but I thought I should share this.

SILVER STARS IN THE PURPLE POND

(EL ESTANQUE DE LAS ESTRELLAS DE PLATA)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

This is a hidden Star in the Cloudy Court Galaxy. You must feed a Hungry Luma (that coin thief) with 30 coins!!! So he transform in a new planet. This Galaxy may look preety good, if you see the title, but I can tell you that this is another nightmare Galaxy. There are 5 Silver Stars in a poisonous pond. If you fall there, you will have a slow death. But that isn´t the worst part. 

ENEMIES

NO!!! The Cosmic Clones are back. They will be chasing you throughout the pond. When you get the first Silver Star, the first clone will appear. When you collect a new Silver Star, a new Cosmic Clone will appear. Rememeber that if they hit you, you lose yoor Cloud Power-Up, and if you lose it, you can´t walk through the clouds. The clouds will disappear and you wil fall into the pond!!

YOU CAN ESCAPE, BUT YOU WILL NOT HIDE FROM US!!

HAUNTY HALLS GALAXY

HOW IS THIS GALAXY
Here you will have to walk through paths that will be always appearing and disappearing. How do I complete  this Galaxy? Easy. In one part, Yoshi will have to eat some yellow fruits to make the path appear again. If you don´t have Yoshi, just run for your life. This is is a scary Galaxy. I wonder one thing: where is Luigi when you need him to fight against ghosts?

BULB YOSHI
By eating some yellow fruits, Yoshi will have its own light and this will allow you to walk through hidden paths. However, this Power-Up is also for a limited time. When the bulb effects dissapear, the paths will disappear, and if you are walking over a hidden path.... UAAAAAAAH!!!

ENEMIES
Here you will find Octoboos (the ghosts of the Octoombas you have killed) and Jack O´Goombas (Goombas protected with pumpkins) in a secret area.

MY ADVICE
There are a lot of coins in this Galaxy. Don´t try to get all the coins because you will suicide. Focus on getting all the Bulb Berries, so the path doesn´t disappear.  Or you can do this. 

SNEAKING DOWN THE CREEPY CORRIDOR

(EL CORREDOR DEL MIEDO) 

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

Welcome to the creepiest Galaxy of the whole game.  This is a corridor  with a lot of creepy monsters, that can hit you, or make you suicide, or destroy the ground... Here you will find lots of Boos that will frighten you many times. I ask again: Where is Luigi when you need him to fight against these guys?

ENEMIES

Appart from the Boos (Luigi, where are you??) and the Giant Boos there are enemies that eat the ground and make it disappear, called Mattermouths (they eat matter Ja, Ja. Bad joke.)

MY ADVICE

When you look at them, the Boos stop chasing you. But my advice is RUNNING, RUNNING, and if you don´t have energy , RUN AGAIN. The Boos will not stop until they kill you.

BEAT BLOCK GALAXY

(GALAXIA BLOQUES ALTERNOS)

STEP TO THE BEEP

(¡ESTRELLAS DE PLATA! ¡BIP, BIP, BIP!)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

After giving 1000 Star Bits to a Hungry Luma, he will drive you to this Galaxy. The sound is very important. There are green and yellow panels. Every time you hear the Beep, Beep, Beep, the panels will switch, and you must pay attention so you don´t fall down. You must collect 5 Silver Stars, so they transform into a great Power Star.This Galaxy isn´t very difficult, but there is a variation that is almost impossible: the Prankster Speed Comet.

ENEMIES

In the Green panels, many Octoombas will appear. In the yellow panels, Goombeetles, the Goombas with hats will be waiting for you.

MY ADVICE

Keep waiting until you hear the Beep, Beep, Beep. It is an easy Galaxy, so it doesn´t go very fast. But remember no to do what this video is showing.
