HOW IS THIS GALAXY

Mario Jones is coming to the Clockwork Ruins Galaxy to get the Power Star! What Mario Jones must do is to find the way to jump in this ancient ruins without falling to the black holes or being smashed by the ancient  blocks that will be falling to the ground. Be careful with the switches you press: they can drive you to die by an Ancient Smash. However, if you use the giant platforms corrctly, you´ll get the Star.

ENEMIES

Apart from the Ancient Smashing Blocks, you´ll find Octoombas-what a surprise, no? 

And Jack O´Goombas. 

YES, They are that small points. If you don´t see them, you are blind. 

MY ADVICE

To avoid being smashed you must wait inside some holes that the Ancient Block have. This will drive you to the Star, and you´ll avoid being smashed. But if you rush, you won´t get anything.

THE LEDGE HAMMER TRAP

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

This is the most modern part of the ruins, Mario Jones. A Hungry Luma will ask you for some coins to guide you there. But no one has came back... ALIVE.

After feeding this (Thief) Luma, I discovered a place with no Ancient Blocks, but there are hammers. They will also kill you if you´re down when they fall over you. But you can use the Black-and-White Switch to make them go slowly. However, the ground will push you, and this is one of the most difficult HIDDEN Stars.

MY ADVICE

When you arrive, use thhe wall to do a Reverse Jump, and spin: this is the easiest way to get the Star. In this video, you´ll find out the easiest and the most difficult way to get it.

RETURN OF THE WHOMP KING

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

Welcome to Super Mario Galaxy 64. Yes, this Galaxy is the same as in Super Mario 64, one of the greatest Mario 3D games. Here you´ll face many enemies (some of them were not in that game) but the Galaxy is almost identic. The structure, the enemies, the Red Bob-ombs, the music... Watch this video if you don´t believe me. I would like to spend hours and hours here. 

ENEMIES

Wigglers, Whomps, Goombas, Skeeters, Piranha Plants... The bad thing of this Galaxy is that there are too many enemies. However, the Red Bob-ombs will be there to help you. 

KING WHOMP (BOSS)

One of the bosses who speak. He wants to smash you. It is like if you´re fighting with only 1 HP: If King Whomp smashes you, you die. He is huge, and he will make the ground shake with every step. But you can do a Bomb Jump on his back three times, so you defeat him again: Bye, Whomp King, you were good in Super Mario 64, and now too. 

MY ADVICE

Enjoy the Galaxy, and all the enemies make a signal before they attack, so you´ll have enough time to avoid  them and to crush them. You can go through the legs of the Whomps, and climb over the Thwomps. THIS GALAXY IS FANTASTIC!

SILVER STARS IN THE WHOMP FORTRESS

(ESTRELLAS DE PLATA EN LA FORTALEZA NOSTÁLGICA) 

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

The Whomp Fortress has recovered the peace after the death of the Whomp King, and the fall of the Whomp Empire. To congratulate you, the Red Bob-ombs have hid 5 Silver Stars in the Fortress, and you must find them all to get the Star. It´s basically clearing the Galaxy again. However, there are no Whomps anymore. You will need the Cloud Power-Up to et these Stars. This is a peaceful Galaxy, from one of the best Mario 3D games. 

ENEMIES

There are Thwomps, Piranha Plants, Skeeters, Goombas... But no Whomps.

MY ADVICE

Enjoy the views and play this Super Mario 64 Galaxy. This is my favourite Star in the game. There´s no pressure, no bosses... Everythng is idillic.

BATTLE BELT GALAXY

MINI-PLANET MEGA-RUN

(RETOS EN LOS PLANETOIDES) 

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

Did you want to do a Pacific Run, without killing Bowser´s Minions? Well, not here. To advance through the mini-planets, you must defeat all the enemies. You´ll find all sort of enemies, from  Goombas to Silver Chomps. The Star Rings will be unlocked every time you defeat all the enemies in the mini-planets. 

 

ENEMIES

I will explain you all the enemies in each Mini-Planet.

1st planet: 1 Goomba. He´s kidding you. 

2nd planet: 3 L´il Cinders.

3rd planet: Some Urchins-you need Fire Mario to defeat all of them.

4th planet: Crabs.

5th planet: Jack O´Goombas, and Boos underwater.

6th planet: L´il Brrs-similar to L´il Cinders. 

7th planet: Monty Moles and Swaphoppers.

Last planet: Silver Chomps. 

MY ADVICE

There´s not really much to say about this Galaxy. Get every coin you can, because somewhere there will be an enemy who makes you lose 1 HP.

SNACKTIME FOR GOBBLEGUT

(¡DRAGOLOSO ESTÁ QUE ARDE!)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY
Do you remember that battle against Gobblegut in World 1? Well, he´s back and he wants REVENGE!! Mario must pay to a Hungry Luma to unlock this planet. Then, the plumber will find out that surprise. 

ENEMIES
You´ll find all the enemies of the Mega Run, except the Monty Moles, the Swaphoppers and the Silver Chomps. 

THIS IS A CRAB, YOU CAN BURN HIM WITH A FIREBALL. IF IT´S BLUE, YOU´LL OBTAIN 1-UP!
FIRE GOBBLEGUT (BOSS) 
Oh, man. You´re gonna regret paying that Luma. The dragon wants revenge. What you have to do is the same as in the previous battle in World 1-hit him in his 6 red rings in the belly. However, now he is faster and more dangerous... If you touch one part of his fiery body, you´ll burn yourself.  The dragon can make some meteorites fall on the planet.  

IT IS NOT AS EASY AS IT MAY SEEM!

MY ADVICE
Get as much Star Bits as you can-you´ll need them to pay for the 6 Energy point mushroom. This boss is so bad!!!!! I needed 27 minutes to defeat him, and I ended up with only 1 HP. 

WORLD 3-2. FIRE MARIO AND YOSHI VS MEGAHAMMER

BOWSER ON ICE

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

No, I´m sorry. Bowser doesn´t appear here. I thought that too, when I saw the title of the Galaxy, but it was a statue made of ice, that you must destroy by throwing fire to it, when you are Fire Mario. You must advance through a Galaxy of lava and ice, but without dying. 

ENEMIES

There are two varieties of L´ils: the L´il Brrs (the ice enemies) and the L´il Cinders-lava Enemies. You can kill both of them by spinning and hitting them again. Fire Mario can destroy some ice statues, like Goomba and Bowser´s Ice Statues. Poor Bowser. I felt I was destoying a masterpiece when I threw ice to that statue.

You can also hit the statues with snowballs.

MY ADVICE.

In one phase, you will have to destoy some ice blocks with Fire Mario. Don´t stand just in front of the block, because the upper ice block will fall down to smash you.

SORBETTI´S CHILLY RECEPTION
(LA NARIZ ROJA DE SORBETTI)
HOW IS THIS GALAXY
This is the second Star of this Galaxy. It is really similar to Bowser on Ice but, here you will need Rock Mario, and in one phase, you will have to walk on a foggy path, so you won´t see anything. However, the really difficult thing is the final boss.

ENEMIES
The L´il Brrs and the Goombas will try to stop you from getting the 5 Star Ring pieces. 

SORBETTI (BOSS)
This is one of the most difficult bosses of the game. You have to walk over him before you arrive to the planet where the fight will take place. He is a PLANET!!! He is huge, but his weakpoint is his nose. Hit him there three times and you will defeat him. However, he will be rollind and trying to hit you, so it won´t be easy. 



MY ADVICE 
Don´t rush and wait before hitting him. Be very careful, because he can hit you if you are not accurate.













THE CHIMP´S SKATING CHALLENGE

HOW IS THIS GALAXY
This is a hidden Star. After destroying a snow tree with a fireball or by usig Rock Mario,  a Green pipe will appear. By entering in the Green Pipe, you will face the Chimp, who has a new challenge: skate and destroy all the Gummits you can. The Green one will give you 10 points, and the golden ones will give you 50 points. Howver, there are Spiked Gummits that will stop you. You must reach 500 points to get the Star.

ENEMIES
Obviously, the Gummits. 


MY ADVICE
Don´t worry if you can´t get it. The Chimp will let you try all the times you need until you get the 500 points. 

ROLLING MASTERPIECE GALAXY

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

This Galaxy has one of the elements that has characterised the difficulty of Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2: the ball with a Power Star inside. ALL THE BALL GALAXIES ARE DIFFICULT. Luckily, in this Game there are only 2 Ball Galaxies. Here there are plenty of artistic elements, such as brushes, in this Galaxies. 

ENEMIES

There are Goombas, that can be easily killed by stomping them with the ball, and Bob-ombs that will send you away when they do KABOOOM!

CHOMP (MINIBOSS)

You will have to fight against a huge Chomp, and just by hitting against him with the ball, you must push him out of the platform. 

LOOK AT HIS EYES!! HE´S EVIL!

MY ADVICE

Don´t rush. You have plenty of time to complete the Galaxy. And don´t try to get all the coins. This can bring you horrible deaths.

BOWSER JR.´S FEARSOME FLEET

(MARIO VS MARTILLATOR)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

Here you will need Yoshi. There are Bullet Bills that you will need him to throw to break things. This is an awesome Galaxy, but Bowser Jr. will be there to disturb you. Bullet Bills, electric enemies and giant flying ships are only some of the dangers waiting for you in this Galaxy. However, don´t be scared. Yoshi will be with you. 

ENEMIES

Fizzlits (electric enemies) Bullet Bills that will be chasing you, Undergrunt Gunners, Hammer Bros... They are just some of the enemies that will be here waiting for you.  

MEGAHAMMER (BOSS) 
This is the final boss of World 3: Bowser JR´s robot. He has two hammers instead of hands, that can use to smash you. He can also throw Bullet Bills, but you cna hit him in three blue points twice by giving the Bullets back. This process wil discover the cockpit, where Bowser Jr is. Hit him there twice, while avoiding the hammers and you will get the Maxi Star.

MY ADVICE
There are tons of ways to die here, but, as Yoshi is here, there are lots of glitches. This is not an advice. If you can try this glitches, try them: They are quite funny. 
Appart from that, in the final battle , there is a Star Ring that will send you to Megahammer´s back. By doing this, you can hit him in one of the blue points. 

WORLD 1-2. SPIN TO SURVIVE

HOW IS THIS GALAXY?

For me, it is an excellent Galaxy: Star Bits everywhere, not very dangerous enemies, a new Power-Up... When you land, Toadbert tells you that the have find the Power Star, and Captain Toad is about to get it. Throughout you advance through the Galaxy, other Toads will tell you that a monkey with sunglasses has stolen the Star, and Captain Toad is chasing him. 

In the end, you find Captain Toad and the monkey, called The Chimp (Molonio in the Spanish version) gives you the Power Star.

CLOUD MARIO 

This is a new Power- Up that allows you to fly for a longer time, and to create three clouds by spinning. You must get a Cloud Mushroom to get three clouds. This Power-Up disappears when you touch the water.

ENEMIES

The enemies here are Goombas, Octoombas, Piranha Plants and some suicide birds called Flaptacks. In one phase, the Cosmic Clones will be chasing you until you get the Star Ring pieces.

MY ADVICE 

This Galaxy is for you to practise using Cloud Mario. You must have it if you want to walk through the clouds. Don´t try to do what this guy is doing. 

THE CHIMP´S STOMP CHALLENGE

(¡A POR PUNTOS! ¡PISOTONES A MONTONES!)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY?

After receiving a letter from The Chimp, you return here. He tells you that the chalenge is stomping the enemies and collecting the coins,  until you reach 10000 points. You have 120 seconds to do it. 

ENEMIES

There are only Goombas and Octoombas in this Galaxy.

MY ADVICE 

There is a 1-Up at the top of a tree that will give you 1000 points. Collect it if you have enough time, you will need it. 

You can spin to do longer jumps and stomp more enemies. So try it. This will be helpful.

MY RECORD IS 10640 POINTS. WILL YOU REACH IT?

EVERY PLANET HAS ITS PRICE

HOW IS THIS GALAXY 

I discovered that there was a hidden Star here, so I decided to investigate. In one big cloud, there is a Hungry Luma that will ask you for... 100 coins to transform into a planet! WHAT? 

100 COINS!!! He will transform into a tower with a Power Star at the top. The difficult thing isn´t climbing the tower. It´s collecting the freaking 100 coins!!!

ENEMIES

As this Star is hidden in the first mission, the only enemies you will find are Goombas, Octoombas and Flaptacks, these birds here. 

MY ADVICE

There is a dark room inside a pipe where you can get tons of coinss, if you get them before they disappear. It is a good way to get the coins you must give to this Thief Luma. 

RIGHTSIDE DOWN GALAXY

BREAKING THE LAWS OF GRAVITY

(UNA MANSIÓN CON PROBLEMAS DE GRAVEDAD)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY 

This is a crazy Galaxy where you will be playing against the Gravity. In some phases you will have to walk on the roof, or on the walls. You will play against the Gravity during all the Galaxy.  Anyway, the objective is the same: to reach the Star in the end.

FIRE MARIO.

Yes, one of the most famous Mario Power-Ups is back. Fire Mario can throw fire balls for a limited period of time (20 seconds). This Power-Up also appeared in Super Mario Galaxy. Mario can break boxes or defeat enemies.  

ENEMIES.

Appart from the classic Goombas, you will find  Swaphopper (jumping enemies that you must defet by changing the Gravity direction), Giant Chain Chomps and Thwomps (these are the most dangerous enemies in the game , because the can kill you if they fall over you).

MY ADVICE

In one phase you can jump to the walls to avoid the Thwomps, and you can go directly to the Power Star. It has helped me a lot, in order not to be smashed.

THE GREAT CRATE INCINERATOR

(¡A FUEGO LIMPIO!)

HOW IS THIS GALAXY?

This is another Hidden Star. You must enter through a pipe that will transport you to a room when you can practise using Fire Mario before you go to the final phase. A  Gearmo (Mecachacha in Spanish) will tell you that you must burn out a lot of boxes in only 20 seconds. If you can do it, she will give you the Hidden Star.

ENEMIES

You will find the classic Goombas and the Swaphopper before the Green pipe.

MY ADVICE

One Fire Ball can break even three boxes. Do not rush and keep calmed because you can repeat this experiment all the times you want, until you get the Star. You will not lose Lives, I can assure you that.

 BOWSER JR.´S FIERY FLOTILLA

GOBBLEGUT´S  ACHING BELLY

HOW IS THIS GALAXY

You will have to advance through Bowser Jr´s spacehips and the rocks, in this Galaxy. The music is not epic enough for this Galaxy, and, until the boss, this is not particularly hard. But the boss plants a huge battle. This is how the Galaxy starts:

ENEMIES.

The enemies you can find here are Thwomps, Dry Bones (they regenerate after being killed), Goombeetles- Goombas with helmet, that you can´t kill by jumping on them, and Kamek.

GOBBLEGUT (FINAL BOSS) 

When you reach, the final planet, you face Bowser Jr, the Koopa King´s son, but he calls Gobblegut, a Chinese long dragon that is quite difficult to kill. He can attack you in one part of the planet, and defending himself in the other. He has 6 red Rings in the belly, that you must it to defeat him. But it is not that easy. After hitting him three times, he will get angry and it will be more difficult.  After defeating him, you get a Maxi Star, that will allow you to enter to World 2. 

Gobblegut is mentioned in other Mario Games, such as Mario Kart 8 and Mario+Rabbids. Kingdom Battle.
